1. The HealthiBit Service

HealthiBit helps users maintain and organize their own records, reports, medicines, reminders, symptoms, vitals, activities, and Care Circle information. Optional AI software helps users search, retrieve, organize, and summarize information already maintained by the user. Features may be available through our mobile apps, web apps, and related services.

HealthiBit is an information-management tool. It is not a healthcare provider, emergency service, pharmacy, diagnostic laboratory, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that compromises another person's health information.

3. Managed Profiles and Care Circle

You may create or manage a profile only when you are the person's parent, legal guardian, authorized caregiver, or otherwise have lawful permission. You are responsible for selecting Care Circle members and understanding the information shared with them.

Managers and Care Circle members must use shared information respectfully, lawfully, and only for the purpose for which access was granted.

4. HealthiBit AI

HealthiBit AI is a software tool for searching, retrieving, organizing, and summarizing information from records that users choose to maintain in HealthiBit. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or clinical decision-making.

AI search results and summaries may contain errors or omissions. Users must review the original source records.

A qualified doctor's professional guidance is required before making any medical decision, changing a medication, or acting on information displayed by HealthiBit.

Do not use HealthiBit AI for an emergency. Contact local emergency services when urgent care is needed.

5. Free and Paid Features

HealthiBit may provide complimentary credits. Users may purchase additional digital credits for optional software processing, including searching, retrieving, organizing, and summarizing their own maintained records. Available credit packs, prices, and included credits are displayed before checkout.

Paddle acts as merchant of record and securely processes checkout, taxes, invoices, and payment details. Local taxes and currency conversion may affect the final amount presented by Paddle.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Credit purchases are one-time purchases unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use HealthiBit to:

• Access, upload, or disclose another person's information without authorization
• Break the law, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your authority
• Interfere with service security, probe systems, or distribute malicious code
• Automate abusive requests, resell access, or evade usage limits
• Use AI output as a replacement for required professional judgment

8. Your Content and Our License

You retain your rights in information and files you upload. You grant Nexilence a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve HealthiBit according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep HealthiBit reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthiBit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be error-free or suitable for a particular medical purpose. Nexilence is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, user-entered data, or third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
